Abstract submission ( by Sept. 30 ) - Closed -
- The formatted abstract(1p) of your paper should be prepared similar to the one shown in the AbstExample.doc (download). Abstract must be prepared with font of Times New Roman.
- Electronic form (MS OfficeWord, camera ready) of the abstract should be sent to the organizers on the Conference e-mail address : glassympo_submit (a)* talab.h.kyoto-u.ac.jp *(a)→@ by September 30, 2016.
- In the submission email, indicate your presentation type either "Invited", "oral" or "poster-preferred".
- Make sure that the name, the complete/full mailing address and the email
address of the presenting author are correct and included in the abstract.
Underline the presenting author.
When an abstract is accepted, only the presenting author will be notified via e-mail.
"We are receiving oral and poster presentations. In the case of many submissions to oral presentation, some of them may be changed to a poster presentation.
